. Once support has determined that the problem is with the APE product you will be issued a Return Authorization Number that will allow us to track your item during the repair/replacement process. Send us the product along with the completed Return Authorization Form to:

Since we use a P.O. Box for our returns, we recommend using Priority Mail Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package arrives successfully.
- Once the product has been received, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion and ship it back to you USPS Priority Mail. If we determine that the APE product is not covered under warranty due to owner abuse or it was used in a manner that it was not intended for, we will contact you via email or a phone to explain the situation to you.
