       Before any warranty repair or replacement can be performed, a few things must happen first:

  • Once the product has been received, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion and ship it back to you USPS Priority Mail.   If we determine that the APE product is not covered under warranty due to owner abuse or it was used in a manner that it was not intended for, we will contact you via email or a phone to explain the situation to you.
  •  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
