Advanced Paintball Electronics strives to manufacture the highest quality products possible.  Every effort is made to ensure that your product will operate trouble free.  In the unlikely event that you do have a problem with your product, we'll make the warranty claim with us as painless as possible.

Warranty Policy

Rampage™ products carry a standard 1 year limited warranty.  This warranty covers all manufacturers defects in the circuit board, trigger or trigger assembly, errors that may occur in the coding, or any component failures that render the board inoperable.

You may choose to purchase a lifetime warranty for your Rampage™ board from our online store.  It does not matter where you purchased the circuit board from as you can only purchase the lifetime warranty from our online store. This lifetime warranty is limited to the the same items as our standard warranty however it covers the board for as long as the original purchaser owns the board. Lifetime warranties are non-transferable.  Lifetime warranties must be purchase from our web site within 30 days of your original product purchase.

Our warranty does not cover micro-switches, solenoids and/or capacitors or solenoids placed on the board by the end user. The warranty does not cover a failed attempt to install solenoids and does not cover any attempt at repairing the board.

If you have an issue where a wire breaks or a solder joint comes loose, DO NOT try to fix it yourself. Any attempt to repair a board will void your warranty.  It is in your best interest to just pack it up and send it to us for repair or replacement.

This warranty does not cover any abuse or misuse by the user. Although we say our boards are water resistant we do not claim they are water proof.  If the board has been submerged in water and shorted out, you will not be covered under warranty.
