Warranty Policy

Rampage™ products carry a standard 1 year limited warranty.  This warranty covers all manufacturers defects in the circuit board, trigger or trigger assembly, errors that may occur in the coding, or any component failures that render the board inoperable.

If you have an issue where a wire breaks or a solder joint comes loose, DO NOT try to fix it yourself. Any attempt to repair a board will void your warranty.  It is in your best interest to follow the Warranty Return policy below.


Our warranty does not cover any componentry placed on the board by the end user and does not cover any attempt at user repair of the board.   In addition, this warranty does not cover any abuse or misuse by the user.  Although our boards are water resistant we do not claim they are water proof.  If a board has been submerged in water and shorted out because of moisture, you will not be covered under warranty.  Damage by ESD (Electro-Static-Discharge) is also not covered under warranty.

Warranty Return Policy 

Advanced Paintball Electronics strives to manufacture the highest quality products possible.  Every effort is made to ensure that your product will operate trouble free.  In the unlikely event that you do have a problem with your product, we'll make the warranty claim with us as painless as possible. 

Please follow these steps for any Warranty Related Issues:

1. Contact our Support Department by email at: support@goapeonline.com.

2. Once the Support Department has determined a product needs to be returned for a warranty repair or replacement,  you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and RMA form that will allow us to track your item during the repair/replacement process.

3. Send us the product along with the completed RMA form to:

Since we use a P.O. Box for our returns, we recommend using USPS First Class or Priority Mail Delivery and Delivery Confirmation to ensure your package arrives successfully if sending within the US.  Foreign customers should use the most economical means of return postage, and we also recommend tracking services if affordable. 


All return shipping costs to Advanced Paintball Electronics for warranty claims are the repsonsibiltity of the end user.


Once the product has been received, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion and ship it back to you via USPS Priority Mail.   If we determine that the APE product is not covered under warranty due to owner abuse, damage, or usein a manner that it was not intended for, we will contact you via email or a phone to discuss your repair or replacement options.
